As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and fellow human, I understand that the challenges of life can be daunting.
Oftentimes, the emotions that affect our behaviors are baffling. Many people spend the majority of their lives endlessly trying to escape uncomfortable emotions
and difficulties by seeking refuge in unhealthy relationships, addictions and the acquisition of material possessions.
Analyzing the reasons for behaviors that may be undermining our efforts to live a more fulfilling life can be difficult and frightening. Therapy requires commitment to change. However, it offers you the opportunity to benefit from the additional support you may need to understand your unique challenges.
Are you using substances to cope?
